I'll be using a social analogy to explain my thoughts on this...<BR/><BR/>It may not be a good idea to kick an errant child out of a family because this could cause that child to seek undesirable 'elders' for protection. If the errant child has continual communication links with a trusted family member, the child might be open for acceptance of suggestions from that particular family member.<BR/><BR/>My personal opinion is that sanctions can only hurt the common people more and cutting off communications with those in power is not a viable solution.<BR/><BR/>Readers please note that this comment is just my personal opinion (not an official one).
